Merger of Cartub AG with Hülsenfabrik Lenzhard

We are very pleased to inform you about the merger of Cartub AG with Hülsenfabrik Lenzhard. Both companies perfectly complement one another: Hülsenfabrik Lenzhard specialising in the production of technical cores for the paper and films and foils industries and Cartub AG with its three product sectors paper cores, fibre drums, edge protectors & profiles.

As of January 1, 2018, Hülsenfabrik Lenzhard will take over and continue Cartub AG’s operational activities. The entire staff including their know-how will thus remain in the company! With the expanded product range, we will strengthen the location in Switzerland and secure its long-term profitability.

Your contact persons remain the same and, as before, will be pleased to be at your disposal for any questions.

Belonging to the Kunert Group with 2,000 employees at 17 sites, an annual production volume of more than 330,000 tonnes of paper cores, corrugated cardboard packaging and edge protectors, as well as 250,000 tonnes of core board, offers many more advantages. Delivery reliability with regard to raw materials, customised products by our own R&D department, group-wide quality management and therefore supply of identical products from diverse locations, just to list a few!

From our Swiss production site, together with you, we are looking forward to presenting our strengthened position on the European market.
